Integrity Dollars Program
Why we will give 10% back to the community
IntegrityYellowPages.com seeks to give back ten percent of all profits from every membership or product sold through our pages to non-profit organizations, including churches. We believe it is the responsibility of this website and its members to give back to our local communities. We seek to allow our clients (members, which list on our site) to choose their preferred non-profit charity where ten percent of their payment will be directed. Also for any referrals you provide when they became paid members you will be entitled to “earn” a 10% referral fee” which can be used as a contribution to your selected non-profit organization, or you may request cash back. (In this case of cash back, we will request that you complete Internal Revenue Service Form W-9, Request for Taxpayer Identification Number for tax reporting purposes). We feel this is ethically correct based on honesty and good will which will benefit our communities. It also benefits any charitable group whose members use Integrity Yellow Pages, or other mediumpromoted by Cyber Factor Inc.
The premise is simple, whenever an individual lists a product or service, all fees from that individual will be registered at the website. Ten percent will be returned to that individual or chosen a non-profit entity. The website collects a percentage of the advertising dollars as part of the fee from a business which has a paid membership. For those with an annual pre-paid membership the percentage will be reimbursed within 30 days, for those paying monthly, every quarter or after approximately 135 days and every quarter thereafter.
We feel that by making contributions to non-profit organizations, customers are encouraged to use the site, knowing they can assist others with the click of a mouse, or a referral. Those who potentially do not wish to choose a non-profit organization will sign a waiver which will allow us to make a wise decision on their behalf. No matter what, we decided from our start-up that ten percent of our listing fees will be contributed to local, national and international charities. This will expose people to the important principle of helping those less fortunate. Users will be able to upload their chosen non-profit organization, which will then be approved by the website. Their profile will always be linked to this organization which may be changed at any time by the user. Over time, our hope is that many, if not all, non- profit organizations will be listed so that you can find your favorite charity with a few clicks of a mouse!
It is impossible to verify the validity of all non-profit organizations. We will do our best to validate their status. If you decide not to direct the funds or you submit a cancellation note to stop funding an entity, we will make a decision our own where the funds can be best directed. If you disagree we expect to be notified in writing no later than 14 days from our decision. The ten percent contribution will be directed to the official non-profit organizations carrying the non-profit status. We reserve the right to refuse organizations if complaints are filed or concerns are raised as to the true validity of the non-profit organization. The website IntegrityYellowPages.com (and its owner members and associates of Cyber Factor Inc.) will not be held responsible on the internal affairs of any of the non-profit organization, nor do we guaranty how their funding and belief system works. From case to case, Cyber Factor will make the final decision on making distributions after a careful consideration.
The website has the right to change this payment schedule at its discretion. Also, the website will deduct from the total amount owed to a particular organization, the current amount for postage fees. Finally, checks will not be released until a threshold amount of $50.00 or more is owed to a particular non-profit organization preventing mailing of potentially small sums of money. Each time the website's check disbursement schedule is reached and all money owed surpasses the $50.00 (minimum amount) the check will be mailed to that non-profit entity. If an organization is owed less than $50.00, the amount will continue to accumulate until the $50.00 minimum is reached and a check will then be mailed at the next check disbursement date.
